Safety & Keyholding
We keep the keys to your property and make them available when needed. We will visit your property at least twice a month tfor in-depth inspections. Extra checks after stormy weather or on request.
Full Service House Management
Ventilation and short-term heating of the property, flushing all toilets and running the taps. At your request, we will heat the property before you arrive and turn on the fridge and freezer.
Pool & Garden Maintenance & Repairs
Your swimming pool and garden are perfectly maintained. On request we can switch on the pool heating 24 hours before arrival. If an inspection reveals a problem or damage, we will inform you, request a quotation if necessary and monitor the works.
We personally open the door in case of delivery of your furniture, the installation of your internet, etc.
Cleaning & Laundry
Enjoy fresh bath - and bed linen in all luxury. Change of towels and sheets and extra cleaning for rental periods of 2 weeks or more. Cleaning windows or spring cleaning? We'll take care of it!
Depending on the time of arrival, we can provide a breakfast box, aperitif box, wine tasting box or food box.
Meet & Greet
We ensure a warm welcome for your guests, show them around your home and provide all possible practical information and interesting tips about the area. After the rental period we conclude with a check-out and final inspection.
We empty your letterbox and forward your mail via e-mail.
Your guest will receive a personal app with recommendations for local attractions, the best excursions, the best places to eat & drink and useful information such as address of the property with GPS, key box code, app link for all questions, etc.). In this way, your guest can explore & organize his holiday even before arriving.
